A Beauty Care receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT. A beauty Care uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
This means that your information cannot be read.
TERMS OF SALE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from A Beauty Care. The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been entered into between you as the buyer and A Beauty Care.
DELIVERY DATE AND TRANSPORT
A Beauty Care delivers on all weekdays, with orders placed before kl. 12.00
Delivery of goods from A Beauty Care is considered to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods. The shipment of goods is done with GLS and 2-5 days delivery must be expected. Items will not be shipped out Sunday, Monday and Holy. If the item is not in stock, you will be contacted by A beauty care.
Shipping costs are usually DKK 60 - incl. VAT
Free delivery on purchases of goods for more than DKK 800
DOCUMENTATION AND GUIDANCE
A Beauty care and MBH Derma Supply guarantee that the products meet the requirements for CE marking.
THE RISK OF THE GOODS
The risk for goods purchased in A Beauty Care passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
Any errors or omissions in delivery from A Beauty Care must be invoked within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to indicate and on request show how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, you should quickly contact A beauty care. For items with a limited shelf life, your right of appeal is limited by the shelf life period A Beauty Care has put you in view.
A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
When returning goods, a 14-day right of return is granted unless otherwise agreed.
When returning goods, they must be in original packaging. The item must be undamaged and in unbroken packaging. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly.
A Beauty Care provides a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods. You have a duty to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received. You must bear the costs associated with returning the item.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notice must be given per. mail to email@example.com. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The item's condition when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the product. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not use it for real use.

Changes or cancellations of treatments must be made no later than 24 hours before treatment. This can be done via the booking system or on tel: 53538189 at 9.00-15.00 on all weekdays. You can not cancel via SMS or over the answering machine. In case of no-show, the full amount of treatment will be charged.
